Fay yawned as she stepped in the History of Magic class. She could do something much more interesting than listening to that boring ghost. She looked around the class and noticed that she was the first one there; good she could have a nice spot in the back. They happened to be with Slytherins in this course. She didn’t mind, her brother was there so it could make things more interesting. She went over to the closest desk to the door and plopped down the chair before placing her things on her desk.
She paused looking around the teacher wasn’t there an other yawn escaped her lips and she laid her head on her arms which were resting on the desk then closed her eyes. Dreamland, here I come… thought Fay before she smirked as her eyes immediately shot closed. Yep, after a nice little nap out there, she would be sure she’d find muse for any new rock song she could practice with her electric guitar at the ROR.
That sounded like to be a plan, her plan. Her desk didn’t happen to be one of the most comfortable places of the world. In fact, there was a spot near the black lake that was much more comfortable and it was her spot…. No one dared to approach her anyways due to her look. Psh, she wasn’t scary at all. She just dressed differently. Only a few dared to come and talk to her but most of the time she was the one who approached people. She didn’t mind it much. She heard someone entering in the class but she didn’t bother to look up to see who it was. Besides, no one should disturb that process of creativity of hers, or they’ll have to deal with…her.

Alyx moved towards the History of Magic as slow as his legs could manage without standing still. All around him it seemed people were doing the same exact thing. History of Magic was boring and Alyx wondered how anyone ever learned anything from it. Unforntunately though he could see the entrance door, then the desks, then Binns right in front of him. Sighing Alyx strode through the door, and looked around for a spot to sit.
He saw Fay at a desk with an open seat and he walked over to her. She had her head on the desk doing her usual means of learning. Which was in fact sleeping. She was another mystery like History of Magic. How could she still get good grades even though she slept through all her classes? Alyx shook his head then slid into the chair next to Fay and leaned back watching the other kids file in.
He knew better then to interrupt Fay while she slept. No matter where it was that she had fallen asleep. In class, in her bed, on his shoulder. On his arm, even if his arm was asleep, he was not allowed to wake her. If he did she all but bit his head off and he would prefer the tingling of his sleeping arm than the wrath of a woke up Fay. He continued to watch as the other kids stepped into the class and watched Binns floating at the front of the class.
Alyx wondered if Fay would even wake up to realize he was here or not. She probably wouldn't even know till the end of class.

Fay wasn’t exactly asleep yet, due to all the noise there was around. Even if she did fall asleep practically everywhere, it took her quite some time before she could end up sleeping. She sighed deciding to check on who was in the classroom, maybe there’d be a few interesting people to talk to before she could go back to the nap she had planned to have a few minutes ago.
She lifted her head up and glanced to recognize her brother who had been sitting beside her. She smiled at him and pulled him into a hug before releasing him. “Hey! How has your day been before History?” she asked him happily. People would have found it weird for her to great people with hugs, but she was like that. She was different from the others and was proud of it.
Who cared about what the others thought of you? No one. All that mattered was that if you felt good about being who you are. The rest shouldn’t bother you much. “I’ve been practicing a new solo!” She then added smiling and browsing into her bag, showing her the parchment where she had been writing down her solo. She still had to work on it but it was going to be a great one, she just new it.

Alyx drummed his fingers absently on the desk and looked at the clock dreading the time History would start. There was still another couple of minutes and enough time for the stragglers to arrive. He supposed he should have tried harder to make sure he would be a straggler. Next time he'd have to keep that in mind so as not to be early. he didn't want people to think he actually wanted to be in class.Suddenly he felt arms around him and instantly knew Fay had woken up.
“Hey! How has your day been before History?”
"Hey, sleepy head," Alyx said, pushing Fay with his shoulder teasingly. "It was going fairly well until I remembered it was History of Magic actually." Alyx sighed. "Why do they even have this class anyway? I doubt anyone could tell you what we're even learning about or learned at all."
“I’ve been practicing a new solo!”
Alyx watched Fay dig around in her bag then she pulled out a piece of parchment. He took it when she handed it to him and looked it over. Every few seconds he shook his head approvingly at paper out of habit. It was something he did when he liked something. "This sounds really good, Fay," he said, smiling at her.

"Hey, sleepy head, It was going fairly well until I remembered it was History of Magic actually."
Fay laughed lightly at what he said and grinned at her brother. Seeing them so close, people would’ve never guessed that they have been rivals in the past. They would probably not even believe her if she said that. She was glad they were on a next level of ‘sibling love’. “At least, it’s our last class.” She replied as her grin didn’t fad away.
"Why do they even have this class anyway? I doubt anyone could tell you what we're even learning about or learned at all."
She shrugged at his question. “As for me, I learn in my sleep.” She said chuckling even if it was partly true. She didn’t know how she did that but she passed all of her classes with good scores, very good scores and she spent most of her time sleeping in classes. Some people got even jealous of her inner talent for having good results. Maybe it was a Ravenclaw thing. Who knows.
"This sounds really good, Fay,"
She smiled brightly at her brother. “Wait till you hear it for real.” She said her voice tone matching her bright smile. “Would you like to do something when this class of torture ends?” she asked him, tilting her head to the side as she grabbed back her parchment and put it carefully in her schoolbag.

“At least, it’s our last class.”
"Thankfully, I would probably be too drowsy to try and learn anything more," Alyx said, grinning widely. It seemed like whenever History of Magic was over it had been so boring everything was foggy and all he wanted to do was sleep. He did always manage to ge his best naps after History of Magic.
“As for me, I learn in my sleep.”
"If only I could learn that trick," Alyx said, shaking his head. "Last time I fell asleep in a class I almost failed it. Yours is a gift, Fay." Alyx couldn't help smiling again. It was odd to think how close him and Fay were now. Especially when they used to dislike each other so greatly when they were younger. He had to admit, he much preferred them getting along than not.
“Wait till you hear it for real.” “Would you like to do something when this class of torture ends?”
"I'll be eagerly awaiting to hear it," Alyx said, grinning then nodded his head. "Definitely, anything to make me forget this class. Do you have anything in mind or will we figure that out as we go?" Alyx let Fay take the parchment from him and just continued to watch her, waiting for an answer.

"Thankfully, I would probably be too drowsy to try and learn anything more, if only I could learn that trick, last time I fell asleep in a class I almost failed it. Yours is a gift, Fay."
Fay smirked at her brother’s words. She placed her schoolbag on the floor, beside her chair and made sure it wouldn’t fall whenever she’d be sleeping. It would be very annoying to have to wake to pick up all your things that would’ve fallen on the floor. “eh, that’s what makes me special.” She replied teasingly as she rested her head back on the desk. Oh yeah, she felt her nap would come soon.
"I'll be eagerly awaiting to hear it, definitely, anything to make me forget this class. Do you have anything in mind or will we figure that out as we go?"
She smiled once again before pausing at her brother’s question. She didn’t know what they could do, where there was dinner time but after that… “We shall find out once the class will be over. I’m sure I’ll come out with good ideas after that nap of mine.” She added chuckling lightly.
She scanned the classroom as she noticed that almost everyone was in there. If she only knew, she should’ve come a bit later. She wondered about why she had even been in a hurry to come in History of Magic. She smiled at the few of her housemates friends, and winked teasingly at a guy who had been staring at her since a while now without knowing the reasons.

“eh, that’s what makes me special.”
"That's the only reason?" Alyx joked, looking at her current stlye of what she called 'goth'. It definitely wasn't a trend that was going around school. Alyx didn't really care how Fay dressed, if that's what she liked then that was fine with him. That didn't mean he still didn't tease her at times.
“We shall find out once the class will be over. I’m sure I’ll come out with good ideas after that nap of mine.”
Alyx leaned forward and rested his elbows on the desk then his chin in the palm of his hands. He let out another sigh when he finally saw the stragglers crowding in. Class would be starting very soon. "Alright, let me know when you get any inspiration," Alyx said, looking at Fay briefly before returning his gaze to the front of the class.
Once everyone had found a seat, the door shut, and Binns began to conduct his lesson. A few times Alyx's chin slipped from his palms as he drifted off and he shook himself awake. This was his means of making sure he kept alert through History of Magic. Sit in a way that made sure he couldn't drift off to sleep, even though he really wanted to. Class had just barely begun but already he couldn't wait for it to be over.

"That's the only reason?"
Fay smirked at her twin’s words but didn’t reply on this one. Anyways, she didn’t see she could add anything to that. She just lifted her hand, showing him it wasn’t that important to her anyways. As long as she passed the classes, it was fine with her. Sometimes, their parents did wonder about how she manage to pass her classes while she spend her time sleeping in them but they didn’t yell at her much considering her good results.
"Alright, let me know when you get any inspiration,"
“Wake me up when the class is over…” She yawned lightly and nodded before placing her head in a comfortable position where she could sleep for the rest of the class. What was the subject? She didn’t remember, however she only had to ask to her brother when the class would be over, maybe it was the gnome war or something like that. After the teacher had closed the door and the class was starting, her eyes immediately slid shut; he really knew how to make her sleep in her classes this one.
Only a few seconds later she was in a deep sleep, that no one was better to disturb or else, they’d have to deal with her. Not that she’d do anything to them but still, she disliked that when they woke her up. No matter who it was.
